Connor Wins Swamp Fox District's Water Treatment Operator of the Year

Congratulations to Ross Connor for being nominated and receiving the Swamp Fox District's Water Treatment Operator of the Year Award! Each year the Water Environment Association of South Carolina (WEASC) presents awards recognizing members' dedication and service to the water and wastewater industry.

 

Mr. Connor's performance and impact in the operation at the City's Water Plants has been exemplary. He completed all five Water Treatment operator certifications in 13 months and earned his Associates in Environmental Engineering Technology from Central Carolina Technical College.

 

The awards were announced at the annual SC Environmental Conference this month. The South Carolina Environmental Conference is an annual event for water and wastewater professionals held jointly by the Water Environment Association of South Carolina (WEASC) and the South Carolina Section of the American Water Works Association (SCAWWA).
