Boiled Water in Effect for those Experiencing Discolored Water

Thank you #SumterSC for reporting problems with discolored water. If you are experiencing discolored water, we would advise you to boil your water before use. We are starting to experience issues with water line breaks and we will not be able to fully assess the situation until the water starts to recede. However, crews are out and working.
