Hurricane Michael Release #3

As we prepare for Hurricane Michael to impact our area, with the greatest impact of the storm expected Thursday, October 11, between 9 AM and 2 PM.

 

The safety of the Sumter, SC community and our emergency first responders are of utmost importance. Therefore, we are asking residents to stay off the roads until the storm has passed. If you must travel, please exercise caution, drive slowly and lookout for downed trees and other debris.
