City of Sumter, Oswego and Rembert Water Systems are All Under a Boil Water Advisory
UPDATE, October 9, 2015 -- City of Sumter, Oswego and Rembert boil water advisories HAVE ALL BEEN LIFTED.
UPDATE, October 8, 2015 -- City of Sumter and Oswego boil water advisory HAS BEEN LIFTED. (Rembert remains in effect).
UPDATE, October 7, 2015 -- Water customers for the City of Sumter, Oswego and Rembert remain under a boil water advisory.
Sumter, S.C. (October 6, 2015, 5:00 pm) The City of Sumter, Oswego and Rembert water systems are all under a boil water advisory, until further notice. Residents should boil any water used for consumption (food prep and drinking, etc.). Bring water to boil and allow water to boil for at least one minute.
While Rembertâs water is out as of today, their water is scheduled to be on by Wednesday, October 7 around 9 am.
