Mark Brown Presents Excellence in Leadership in Sumter

All students, parents, teachers, counselors and mentors, you are invited to attend a special leadership session with us tomorrow at Sumter High School, located at 2580 McCrays Mill Road.

 

All sessions are FREE for attendees.

 

Featuring speaker Mark Brown (@MarkBrownSpeaks) -- an expert in helping people overcome their fears to reach their maximum potential, he uses a unique combination of humor and poignancy to reach the most diverse audiences, and he continually inspires people from all walks of life to achieve ever-increasing levels of excellence.

 

8-11 AM

Students will learn techniques for effective communication, simple but proven methods for earning respect, and leadership strategies.

 

1-2:30 PM

Educators/counselors/mentors will explore ideas to inspire and encourage students and suggest ways to collaborate with the community on strategies to support young people.

 

6-7:30 PM

Parents/guardians will find ideas to support their children and the counselors/educators who serve them.
